SERVICE LEVELS

HelpLines

Telephonic evaluation, resource and referral services available to employees and supervisors on a 24 / 7 basis . CCI Resource Specialists assess callers' needs and guide them to cost-effective resources or benefits for help. We serve as a "navigational" aid, helping employees and their families get the information, guidance and resources they need quickly and cost-effectively.

Assessment

Includes a visit to a counselor for a clinical, situational, or job performance evaluation, followed by appropriate resource support and referrals.

Guidance

Allows a specified number of sessions that employees access as needed. These sessions can include clinical counseling and job performance coaching.

 

SERVICE SCOPE

Substance Abuse

Supports individuals with substance abuse and related issues. A cost-effective assistance service for Drug-Free Workplace programs.

Behavioral Health

Supports people with a personal, family, parenting, substance abuse, mental health or work performance problems.

 

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

Fixed Fee

Fixed charge per employee each year.

Fee-For-Service

Company pays for a base level of service such as a HelpLine through a fixed fee. Additional services are available on a fee-for-service basis as needed.
